JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose: The job is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Executive Office, Board of Directors, and the Executive Team, as well as managing the Office Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily monitoring of control implementation in branches so as to identify gaps and monitor closure.
• Work with Branch and Central Operations teams to close all Audit / Risk and Compliance issues.
• Prepare Branch Risk Grading / Rating every monthly as the first line of defense.
• Analyze cash discrepancies, approve corrective action and support Branch teams to mitigate recurrence.
• Review various KYC documentation and system set ups to ensure compliance with bank requirements.
• Plan and organize trainings for branch teams as per the Operations department work plan.

Education.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, statistics, Business Administration, B. Commerce.

Experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience in Banking Operations and should have worked minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge in either functions of Risk, Audit, Compliance and Operation Controls will be an added advantage.
