Job Description
Odipodev requires a senior research associate to consistently deliver high quality research output to our clients. Some specific roles will include:
• Analysis and Writing
• Development of quantitative and qualitative study tools that enable in depth ·
• investigation of research questions ·
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and presentation of results ·
• Newsletter and Report writing/ Creating other forms of output ·
• Report reviews and edits · Team management ·
• Assignment of tasks to junior members of the research team ·
• Product development or expansion Ideas generation ·
• Project management ·
• Client management ·
• Participate in quality improvement efforts ·
• Strive to achieve excellent client service

Skills
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, behavioral science, strategy planning or marketing roles (preferably working for a small to medium sized entity)


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
