Applications are invited from suitable, qualified Knowledge skills and abilities required: and born again Christians to work in Compassion Assisted Projects located at Kikonda C.O.U, Kyankwanzi District and Mityana Pentecostal Church, Mityana District.

Title: 2 Child Development Officers Home based Programming (CDO-HBP)
Report to: Project director

Core Duties and Responsibilities of CDO-HBP

• Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ with Christ like attitude in dealing with families
•  Serve as an advocate for Children and caregivers.
•  Prepare and implement partner plans and budgets.
• Participates in preparation of program activities and financial reports.
•  Monitors and evaluates performance of home based interventions.
• Carries out home visits, group activities and supports the church in identifying home based beneficiaries.
• Must be born again Christian that demonstrates involvement in church ministry.
•  A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Community health, Nutrition, Clinical medicine and social work related discipline.
• Must be computer literate O Good steward of high integrity with ability to design a stimulating environment, maternal child health and social intervention programs will be an added advantage.
•  Age 22-35 Years.
