A reputable telecommunications company looking for candidates interested in the following positions with the necessary qualifications and experience to fill the following
Job title: Infrastructure Network Operations Center Engineer (2 Positions)
Department: Technical Department .

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for responsible for providing NOC Infrastructure support,
• Ensuring maximum network and systems uptime through effective Monitoring,
• Maintenance and Incident Management.

Qualifications and Experience
• A University degree (BSc) Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• CCNA Certification minimum
• A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in an ISP environment
• A minimum of 2 years deploying wireless networks at customer sites
• Customer service and end user support experience Knowledge of bandwidth monitoring tools.
• Previous interaction with systems such as Sandvine is an added advantage

Job Education Requirements: University degree (BSc) Computer Science

Job Experience Requirements: two (2) years
