JOB DETAILS:
Overal Purpose Of The Job
This role is responsible for the sale of veterinary pharmaceutical products and equipment, training and serving customers including the sale of day-old chicks (DOCs).

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with the company's policies, requirements. procedures and statutory
• Sale of One Stop Shop Items including day-old-chicks.
• Manage the one-stop shop inventory levels to make key decisions on stock orders and engage in planning to meet future sales demand.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and complaints by providing satisfactory and timely feedback.
• Provide technical support to customers, farmers, and the DOC Sales team.
• Accepting payments, ensuring accuracy of prices and quantities, and issuing invoices and receipts to customers.
• Reconciling collections against the daily sales and generate reports.
• Prepare and submit daily sales summaries reports and submit as per the set guidelines.
• Maintain and update the DOC's customer databases.
• Generate reports for sales, inventory and any other management report as needed.

Candidates Profile
• A diploma in animal science, animal production or animal health.
• A Veterinary Board certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience in a customer technical support role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for business analysis.
