JOB DETAILS:

Location- Hoima, Project Site

Responsibilities:
• According to the requirements of the quality system standard, prepare the project quality procedure documents, quality management documents and operation documents and implement the system documents.
• Responsible for the standardized management of the implementation project, supervise and inspect the implementation of the standards.
• Implement quality process control, grasp construction quality trends, organize project quality management activities, carry out corrective and preventive measures, and promote quality improvement.
• Responsible for quality education, training, assessment, and implement the certificate-based job system.
• Responsible for the collection, reporting and transmission of quality information, and regularly organize and carry out project quality analysis.
• Supervise and inspect the operation of the quality system of each construction, and organize the assessment, reward and punishment, acceptance and evaluation of project quality. Responsible for organizing the investigation and handling of substandard products and engineering quality accidents


Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge and training in the ISO-9000 Series international standards, or equivalent.
• Able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards With a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in quality assurance system activities of which five (5) years must be in managing quality systems relating to EPC oil & gas projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and strong interpersonal skills.
