Job: AIRTEL MONEY DIRECTOR
Function: AIRTEL MONEY
Reports to: CHIEF COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and managing the overall Airtel Money business and performance of the Airtel Money entity. Responsible for analysis and defining customers and market requirements and trends to ensure that the business achieves its set targets. .
Key Result Areas
• Develop and lead initiatives to grow and improve Airtel Customer Market Share(CMS)
• Define and implement strategies/plans to grow and improve REC additions from Gross Adds
• Utilize market research and effective competitor analysis to develop and implement sales plan/strategies that will give Airtel an edge over completion • Constantly monitor all indices to ensure performance against set target while ensuring remedial action for all under-performing initiatives
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and set performance goals accordingly
• IT, for product performance information and tariff setting
• Actively participate in the recruitment of Airtel Money Staff.
• Ensure that functions objectives are delivered through a highly motivated and engaged team
• Develop a bench strength of future leaders through coaching, mentoring and guidance for the team.
• Retention of Top talent and Critical Position
• Drive Employee Engagement resulting in world class performance

Ideal Candidate
• A Master's degree
• A professional qualification of CIM or related course
• Minimum of 10-15 years' experience with 5. years' experience in management role leading teams
• Strong management skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
• High degree of professionalism and maturity
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and on the senior executive team. • Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
