REQUEST FOR BIDS

Cordaid Uganda secured funding from the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN) to implement a GBP from Uganda’s Strengthening Food Security and resilient farming systems through increased accessibility and quality of land tenure security, agriculture and food security services’ in 16 selected districts of the Busoga, Elgon, Kigezi, Lango, and Rwenzori regions in Uganda.

Cordaid Uganda plans to identify potential suppliers for Come Color GL9700 A3 Printers, therefore interested eligible and competent firms are invited to submit bids through open national competitive bidding.

Interested bidders may request tender documents by emailing to procurement.ug@cordaid.org until the 15th April 2025 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on working days only. All bids should be sent to the same email clearly named CCC/PRINTER and submitted to COUG/PROCUREMENT.

Deadline for submission: the 21st April 2025 at 4:00 pm.

THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SUBMISSION OF BIDS SHALL NEITHER BE CONSTRUED TO BE A COMMITMENT ON THE PART OF CORDAID, NOR SHALL IT ENTITLE ANY COMPANY TO MAKE ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER AND/OR SEEK ANY INDEMNITY FROM CORDAID BY VIRTUE OF ANY RESPONSE TO THE SAID ADVERTISEMENT. CORDAID RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT INCOMPLETE BIDS.
