Job Summary:
Era92 Creative is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating high-value sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative solutions and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach:
• Identify and establish initial contact with key decision-makers at target companies using a multichannel approach (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Develop and implement effective messaging strategies to convert potential leads into meaningful conversations.
Lead Qualification:
• Assess and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and readiness to engage.
• Generate high-value sales opportunities by nurturing and developing relationships with potential clients.
Pipeline Management:
• Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities, scheduling meetings, and ensuring seamless handoffs to the account executive team.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and progress with potential clients.
Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop and refine outbound sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a brand ambassador on social platforms, positioning yourself as an expert in the field of creative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, preferably within creative agencies or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with enterprise customers.
Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and the ability to engage prospects through multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to executive management.
• Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
