A reputable telecommunications company looking for candidates interested in the following position with the necessary qualifications and experience to fill the following vacancy
Job title: Client Support Manager
Department: Technical Department
To define and continuously improve the company’s client service standards and execute strategies for its effective implementation in line with the strategic business goals and customer expectations while providing leadership to a team of Field and Customer support Technical staff tasked with execution of the service strategy.
Qualifications
• A University degree (BSc) Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized university
• A minimum of 5 year’s experience in a Client Service role in the telecoms sector and at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a busy customer facing operation
• In-depth understanding of the Telecommunications industry
• Hands-on technical network operations experience is an added advantage
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
