JOB DETAILS:

TUMU Medical Institute a reputable Nursing and midwifery school, located in Buhweju District, Western Uganda., is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced personnel to fill the positions mentioned below with immediate effect.
JOB 2: CLINICAL OFFICER (1) .

Duties
• Clinical assessment and prescription of treatment for all patients
• Conducts ward rounds in
• Properly document treatment on patients files
• Maintain an accurate and updated records keeping system in the department
• Carry out minor surgical procedures
• Attend to emergencies in ward
• Participate in continuous medical education(CME) at the hospital
• Conduct on-job training of staff through both practical and theory sessions
• Participate in the marketing activities of the hospital.

Job qualifications
• Must have a diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Must be registered and licensed by the Uganda Allied Health Professionals council.
• At least 2 years' experience of clinical practice in a recognized Health institution.
• Must have good report writing skills, flexible and innovative.

Job Education Requirements: diploma in Clinical Medicine

Job Experience Requirements: 2 years
