Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive at Relworx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our existing and prospective clients receive top-notch support and assistance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will contribute to the success of our customer service operations and help maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer sales and support via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and tele sell the same.
• Document and track all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing our customer support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols when handling customer information
• Gather customer feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations and fintech advancements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous customer support experience and training, ideally in a fintech or financial services setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
