JOB DETAILS:
Das lead off payroll/Writeoffs (1 position)
Reports to: HEAD OF COLLECTIONS

• Ensure recovery of all NPLs and written off loans in line with the budget.
• Handle customer complaints with delight and efficiency

• Be corrupt /fraud free and of good conduct

Knowledge and Experience Required:
• Degree/ equivalent qualification in Banking, Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years’ experience in debt collection or related area in the Financial Services
• Computer literate (proficiency in MS word, Excel)
• Skill in analysing and evaluating financial information.
• Excellent supervisory skills
