Our client is an insurance brokering company in Uganda dealing in general insurance, life, pension and medical schemes. In an effort to boost service delivery to their clients, they are looking for proactive and vibrant professionals to join their team in the following positions.

The EBM Manager will plan, direct, lead and coordinate the activities of the department, managing a portfolio of client accounts. With a full understanding of Medical insurance/Healthcare Industry as well as business strategies, s/he will translate strategic direction into tactical plans and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.

Person Specifications:

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably medicine, pharmacy)
  
• A minimum of 3
  
• 5year relevant experience in a similar role (preferably as medical practitioner or equivalent within the healthcare sector).
  
• An insurance related tertiary qualification
  
• Must be registered with the Medical Board or equivalent
