As part of its mission, Einstein Rising is seeking a motivated and experienced Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator to lead key aspects of its entrepreneurial programs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of entrepreneurship programs in alignment with Einstein Rising’s strategic goals.
• Oversee all program activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve program success.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines throughout program delivery.
2. Entrepreneur Sourcing and Selection
• Identify and attract talented entrepreneurs and innovative startups to participate in Einstein Rising’s programs.
• Develop and implement a transparent selection process to evaluate candidates based on criteria such as innovation, scalability, and impact potential.
• Build partnerships with local and international networks to source high-potential entrepreneurs.
3. Training and Capacity Building
• Develop and deliver entrepreneurship training programs tailored to the needs of selected participants.
• Facilitate workshops, mentorship sessions, and hands-on capacity-building activities.
• Design and implement training materials focused on business development, market analysis, financial literacy, and operational management.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of entrepreneurs to ensure continuous learning and growth.
4. Investor Relations
• Build and nurture relationships with investors and funding institutions to support program participants.
• Organize investor networking events, pitch sessions, and business showcases for entrepreneurs.
• Provide entrepreneurs with guidance on investment readiness and connecting them to relevant funding opportunities.
5. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
• Develop and implement M&E frameworks to assess program impact and effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
• Use insights from M&E processes to refine and improve program design and implementation.
• Ensure program outcomes align with Einstein Rising’s broader mission and strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in program management, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing entrepreneurship programs or capacity-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business development, investment processes, and market ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and donors.
• Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
• Passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and creating sustainable social and economic impact.
