JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
• The job holder will provide oversight and leadership to the Bank’s Fintech operations to ensure business growth in the specific client segment, provide effective stakeholder relationship management, coordinate the delivery of strategic business projects and initiatives requiring organizational change and transformation in its wide scope from identifying opportunities for improvement into developing change strategies and monitoring progress against the financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities /Key Deliverables
• Grow the Bank’s business in the fintech space.
• Drive the Bank’s mission to offer affordable and sustainable financial services that drive financial inclusion through adoption of Wendi.
• Drive the achievement of set business targets and objectives within the Preparing clear and concise audit reports on audit findings, detected non-compliance with Bank policies, guidelines, statutory requirements, and procedures for discussion with management, before final reports are issued for corrective action.
• Develop and maintain high stakeholder relationship management with corporate and institutional clients.
• Ensure that agreed service levels are adhered to and output is of required quality and control standards.
• Ensure compliance as per NPS 2020
• Enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with all relevant business policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining productive client, staff and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Required
• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or Business, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, and related fields.
• Certification in an IT related course is of added advantage.
• Training in the digital space
• Related products development
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the FinTech industry, Banking or similar environment.
• Good understanding of the Wallet business
• Understanding of the regulatory regime under the NPS Act 2020
• Good understanding of the current tech trends and applications
