Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The lT Officer will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, phones, cameras and other IT peripherals like printers, scanners.
  
• Software (windows) setup, updating and troubleshooting.
  
• Participate in application software piloting and implementation.
  
• Conduct various training and end users support.
  
• Ensures the availability, continuity, security, safe storage and back up of data and information pertaining to the organization
  
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicants for the IT Officer jobs should at least hold a BSO. in Computer Science/ information Technology.
  
• A minimum of five years’ working experience in related work
  
• Technical Skills in various software installations, Up
  
• Dates and maintenance.
  
• Microsoft Servers Administration skills
  
• Desirable knowledge in setting up and managing cloud based systems is an added advantage
  
• Experience in computer networking
  
• Flexible to work under pressure
