INVITATION TO BID FOR PREQUALIFICATION FOR PROVISION OF WORKS AND
SUPPLY OF GOODS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-2026.
Nyakayojo Peoples SACCO Finance and Procurement Committee wishes to make an invitation for proposal and/or bids for registration of providers/suppliers for various works, services and supplies for the financial year 2024-2026.
CATEGORY I: SUPPLIES.
• Supply and delivery of Branded Tents and accessories
• Non-Food Items
• Food items.
• Maintenance & repair of motor vehicles & motorcycles.
• Maintenance and repair of computers and photocopiers, Printing.
• Art and design.
• Cleaning and Fumigation services. g. Engraving Services.
• Conditions of registration
• Certificate of incorporation.
• Branded Personal Protective wear & Valid trading license for 2024
• Equipment.
• Business physical address and all other necessary contacts (telephone and fax numbers).
• Motorcycles.
• Motor vehicle.
• General Office Stationery (printed and unprinted) etc.
CATEGORY II: WORKS.
• Minor construction and renovations, general building construction like office blocks, green leaf collection sheds and pit latrines, Carpentry works, partitioning and joinery etc.
CATEGORY II: SERVICES.
• Hire of vehicles
• Hotel, Accommodation, and conference facilities.
• Passport size photographs of directors for companies, partners or sole proprietors.
• General receipt (original) acknowledging payment for the bid fee.
• Evidence of past experience. Evidence of key staff especially for consultancy services.
• Names of the directors.
• Record of past or current contracts/ performance, equipment's available and key personnel.
A complete set of prequalification bid document in English will be issued upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX100,000/= (One hundred thousand shillings only) for all categories. The method of payment will be cash payment to the SACCO cashier at Nyakayojo Peoples SACCO Main Branch. Sealed bids of 2 copies (one marked Original and copy) in sealed envelopes clearly marked according to the activity intended to be registered for, should be addressed and delivered to Finance and Procurement Committee Nyakayojo Peoples SACCO Ltd P.O. Box 1837, Mbarara.
Prequalification documents must be received by NYAPSCO not later than Thursday 04th June, 2024 at 5:00pm local time. Any Application received after the deadline will not be accepted.
