PRE-QUALIFICATION NOTICE

INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROVISION OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS.

1. Finance Trust Bank Limited has 34 networked branches countrywide, the branches are located in Arua, Busia, Central, Corporate, Entebbe, Gomba, Iganga, Ishaka, Jinja, Kabale, Kalangala, Kalerwe, Kampala Road, Kamuli, Kamwenge, Kapchorwa, Katwe, Kayunga, Kitintale, Kumi, Lugazi, Luwero, Masaka, Mbale, Mbarara, Mukono, Nakivubo, Nansana, Nateete, Ntungamo, Owino, Pallisa, Soroti, and Tororo.

2. Pre-qualification submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the guidelines stated in the prequalification document. Pre-qualification is open to all eligible bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Department at the address given below, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, except public holidays.

4. The pre-qualification documents in English can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 150,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred and Fifty thousand only) per item. The method of payment will be by cash at Finance Trust Bank, Central, Kampala Road and Katwe Branch. The document will be obtained from the Procurement and Administration Office (Head Office), upon presentation of a receipt.

5. Pre-qualification submissions must be delivered in a properly sealed envelope clearly marked with the respective category of interest to the address that has been shared on the Bank Website at www.financetrust.co.ug/tenders-and-disposal by 5:00 pm Monday 10th February 2025.
