Job Purpose: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's supply chain, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products to customers. The Supply
Chain Manager will ensure that the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the supply chain team to ensure that they achieve their targets and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure that raw materials are available to meet production schedules
• Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure that the company has sufficient stock to meet customer demand
• Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement supply chain controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to manage supply chain costs and ensure that they are minimized

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:• Prospect for new customers and build relationships with existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers

Job Purpose: The IT Officer will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure and systems to ensure that they are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the business. They will work closely with the IT Manager to maintain and improve the company's IT systems and provide technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment
• Monitor and maintain the company's IT security, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems
• Manage the company's email and communication systems, including email servers and phone systems
• Manage the company's data storage and backup systems
• Provide technical support to staff, including software installations, troubleshooting, andtraining
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that the company's IT systemsare secure and meet industry standards
• Research and recommend new technologies and software to improve the company's ITsystems and processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of the company's IT systems and processes
