Provides technically acceptable engineering deliverables within time and within cost constraints. Provides inputs to generate scope of work, schedules and budgets. Ensures effective design, procurement, quality, construction and commissioning on a project. Project management and creation of new initiatives, coordinating existing projects and international roll out of projects. Perform research and development

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
• To provide technically acceptable engineering deliverables within time and within cost constraints
• implements a cost-effective, conceptual and detailed design. Provides inputs to generate scope of work, schedules and budgets.
• Ensures effective design, procurement quality, con-struction and commissioning on a project
• Comply with operational and legal requirements with regard to Health and Safety
• Comply with the company Quality Policy objectives and regulations
• Manage and administrate projects
• Ensure that applicable operating safety and maintenance procedures are adhered to
• Identify, develop and implement efficiencies.
• Responsible for ensuring that any appointed consultants and contractors adhere to the required standards, time-tables and budgets
• Staker management
• To compile and present reports to internal and external clients eg on R&D, designs, commissioning and pro-gress
