JOB DETAILS:
Tujijenge Financial Services Ltd, a growing Microfinance institution operating in Eastern region is looking for proactive, strong, mature, Self-driven persons of high integrity and ethical values to fill these vacancies.
Position: Loan Officers
Areas of Operation: Eastern Region. .

Overall duties and responsibilities: To develop and manage a clean loan portfolio.

Minimum requirements;
• Applicants should possess a minimum of a diploma in any field. Teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of riding skill with a valid permit is a must.
• Good knowledge of computer application [word & Excel}
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in the local languages spoken in the above areas is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in micro finance and group dynamics is an added advantage.
• Must be of age between 20-28 years
