Product & Service Delivery Direct | PTE's & Engineers
A Maintenance Manager is responsible to ensure safe and on-time equipment delivery to meet operational demands. They improve maintenance related Non Productive Time rate, boost asset efficiency, increase asset usage and reduce COSD for the MB.

Maintenance Manager responsibilities extend, but are not limited to:
• Ensure implementation of maintenance program (compliant with RCM strategy) through Computerized Maintenance Management System and Standard Work adherence.
• Improve maintenance processes (reliability and efficiency).
• Monitor compliance with Quality Standards.
• Lead continuous improvement culture within the base: Provide leadership and support Cl initiatives (process improvements) and govern the progress of improvement plans.
• Plan production team activities for maintenance execution.
• Improve efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
• Convert operational activity plan into a maintenance resources plan, which includes Material & Supply, head count, competency, and infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to failure investigation process and provide resources to perform investigation as required.
• Implement reliability improvement practices.
• Provide leadership and support to encourage reliability improvement feedback.
• Develop and build competency of employees and track their progress.

Experience and Recommended degrees:
• Minimum 6 years of experience with Wireline Logging, Well Completions, Rotary Steerable Systems, Measurement While Drilling or Logging While Drilling
• Minimum 2 years or College or University degree

Skills:
• SAP
• Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Lean & 65
• Six Sigma (a plus) Power Bi
• STEM background
• Communication and Team Collaboration
