Reports to: Head of Sales, Channels and Marketing

Letshego Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of Letshego Holdings, is a reputable and fast growing microfinance institution providing innovative financial services in Uganda and seeks to recruit professional, dynamic, result and customer oriented individuals who wish to grow their career in an agile and high performance environment.

The Marketing Manager will drive planning, development and execution of the country's product, marketing and communications strategies in line with business performance objectives.

Qualifications and competencies
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or Communications.
2. Post graduate professional qualifications(CIM) or MBA in marketing will be an added advantage.
3. A minimum of 8 years in a marketing/sales function within the financial services industry.
4. Hands on experience in advertising, branding and marketing.
