JOB DETAILS:

An international NGO requires a Project Coordinator to manage a program for up to 3 years in Uganda. The project will be to coordinate several local partners and recipients in the grain value chain including farmers, aggregators, processors and exporters.
We are recruiting for one position:

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will report to the Country Coordinator and head office.
The Project Coordinator must have experience in the food production value chain.
Key responsibilities will be preparing detailed monthly management accounts and annual
financial accounts as well as maintaining the integrity and efficiency of accounting systems.

Essential Qualifications:
• A recognised professional qualification.
• At least 8 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Ability to communicate using multiple platforms, WhatsApp, Email, Zoom etc.
• Candidates must demonstrate experience and understanding of grain value chain from production to processing.
• Experience of preparing of budgets, cash flow forecasts and reporting against key indicators.
• Excellent English with good written communication skills is essential, as are advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
