Position Summary:
The Property Lead will be responsible for the overall management of a property portfolio, ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards, and tenants receive top-notch service. This role involves a range of duties from operational management to tenant relations, slight financial oversight, and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of maximizing property profitability is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the property portfolio, including residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing and resolving tenant issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for necessary repairs and renovations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring terms are favorable to both the company and the tenants.
• Collect rent, manage billing processes, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and projections for each property.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for company growth and efficiency.
