JOB DETAILS:
A Well-established company in Waste Management services as well as in the Oil and Gas industry is looking for the services of a proactive Quality, Environmental Health and Safety Manager to be stationed at its Head Office in Kampala. .

Job Responsibilities: The QEHS Manager shall be responsible for among others: Oversee the inspection and evaluation of the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards, Oversee the identification of potentially hazardous biological, chemical and radiological materials and the collection samples of them for analysis, Recommend changes to protect workers, educate employees on how to prevent health and safety hazards through the use of training programs, investigate work place accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future, maintain and review of QEHS documentation, Manage external, internal audit & spot checks.

Job Skills: Not Specified

Job Qualifications: Applicants Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health Sciences or any related field from a Reputable University and a Minimum of 2 Years' experience in QEHS operations. Nebosh certification is a must.
