JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Regional Manager (RM)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. A bachelors’ degree and seven years of field experience running youth programs. Experience in Business operations is a plus. Additional training and certification in project management would be an advantage.
2. At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience is required at the national or international level in the areas of community development.
3. A quick learner with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
4. Experience of work in the region of choice is a very strong advantage.
5. Previous experience in Youth programing and livelihoods or related work for a donor organization, governmental institutions, NGO or private sector / consulting firm is a very strong advantage.
6. Extensive experience in managing a multidisciplinary team.
7. Relevant experience in managing Business Operations.
