Job Description:
We are seeking a "Remote Recruitment Assistant" for a contractor role. The ideal candidate will possess HR or Recruitment experience, exceptional administrative and communication skills, and be an independent thinker with keen attention to detail and proactive abilities. You must be reliable, capable of accurately following instructions, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting HR and other operational functions.
• Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, competitor mapping, and related administrative tasks.
• Preparing a database for targeting candidates for various job roles.
• Completing other operational and data entry tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience in Recruitment or related functions.
• Strong team and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Passionate, quick learner with personal values aligned with our company values.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
