Badili is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our team in Uganda to conduct sales & manage daily operations.
Badili has a brand store targeting the aspirational customer who would like to own a smartphone at an affordable, competitive price.
The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the Badili retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to deliver a 5 star customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations at the Badili store and ensure sales goals are met.
• Conduct daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing.
• Ensure adherence to operational quality standards such as recommended service turn around times.
• Track and manage inventory at store

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
• 2 - 4 years of retail and retail sales experience in the Mobile devices industry.
• Demonstrated salesmanship.
• Strong customer service, management and communication skills.
