Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in a Clearing and Forwarding company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
• Experience in the Clearing and Forwarding industry is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
