JOB DETAILS:
Gumamo Investments SMC LTD is a leading producer of high-quality drinks, commit- ted to delivering refreshing and innovative beverages to our valued customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategy to new heights. Gumamo Investments SMC Ltd seeks to recruit dynamic qualified professional person for the position(s) of a SALES MANAGER. The position reports to the General Manager. and is based in Mubende Municipality- South division:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and effective implement sales strategies
• To achieve company sales targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• To identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.

Required Qualifications, Experiences and Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the beverage or manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and marke. Crenus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Essential Abilities and Attitudes: Excellent inter-personal skills; demonstrating diplomacy and
• tact
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to deliver creative and participatory solutions
• Highly pro-active and self- disciplined
• Willing to travel to the field frequently
• strong organizational planning skills
