JOB DETAILS:
POSITION: Sales Representative
REPORT TO: GENERAL MANAGER
LOCATION: KAMPALA UGANDA

Key responsibilities:

• Determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and now products. implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring cost, competition. and supply and demand.
• Building Relationships
• Meeting Sales Goals
• To perform any other duties assigned by the general manager or any other company managements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in BBA/B.Com
• Good negotiation skills
• 5 years of experience in sales marketing, elevator and escalator industry work experience will be given a priority
• Computer and DAD skills
• Age between 30-45 years
