JOB DETAILS:
Our company is searching for experienced sales representatives (van sales) with talent, and passion for cosmetics who will be selling our products to potential buyers ie, businesses (makeup studios, beauty shops pharmacies, and saloons) who will negotiate sales terms geared by our route to market strategy.

Key Roles And Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections through regular reaching out to new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objections. Face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with Customers to provide Technical and Sales Support
• Sales representatives take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies, and procedures Take ownership of the completion of all sales order requests, generating sales leads and projections, ensuring they are completed within the agreed deadline and to an exceptional quality
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients & provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to management.
• Meet potential customers, give sales presentations and negotiate contracts to a range of prospective clients while ensuring clear and effective communication with the customers.
• Manage distribution and positioning of our products in the targeted outlets especially distributors, retailers beauty shops, saloons and pharmacies operating on a cash before delivery basis.
• Maximize volume and revenue in cash before delivery of client accounts by utilizing a fact-based selling method

• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs, conducting market analysis and providing market intelligence to the team.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Implement action plans (eg. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories

Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics,or any related field & FMCG or cosmetics industries background is a must.
• 4-5 years experience in van sales and operations, at least 2 years of expertise in the comparable route to market way of trading.
• A valid driving license is a must have.
• Demonstrate strong communication (Excellent written and verbal communication skills), negotiation skills and excellent customer service and a team player.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics especially the process of conducting van sales and good experience with product positioning in the targeted outlets. .
• Competency in Microsoft applications word, excel and outlook. Strong understanding of services delivery processes, ideally within FMCGS products
• Good with gathering information through market research and interpreting customer needs.
• Must be flexible, honest, motivated able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and can work independently to deliver results with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity, and meeting deadlines

• Business Acumen you need to have a quick and strong ability to understand different business models of the potential buyers you will interface with and be able to create, implement, and execute business strategies which should end up with a unique value proposition to generate profitability
• Relationship building you need to be a people person and be able to create a social connection when you meet potential buyers so to create a basis to influence, close deals, keep a good reputation, and sustain commercial relationships
• Adaptability you must be ready to address any unexpected issues and be proactive. Get creative and be ready to come up with innovative ideas. Thinking outside the box. You must adopt this approach in specific delicate situations and develop new ideas or ways of handling matters
• Time management can prioritize, delegate, create strategic planning, and be great at problem-solving. This will be ideal for setting priorities that are aligned with your goals but also support internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment you will have to keep a high level ofenergy, positivity, and a goal-oriented attitude.
