Madhvani Group, a leading, international, professionally managed industrial service group in East Africa, with diverged operations seeks to urgently recruit the following positions for their Group Company M/s industrial Security Services Limited. The company Head Quarters is located at Jinia and is having clients across the country with 1400 guard force with Kennel and CID Sections.
Sales and marketing manager

Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for product promotions on a national basis; preparation of annual sales budget and achievement of the same; developing new business, customers, markets and increasing the market share; identifying institutional sales; provide customer service; induct a motivated sales team, submitting MIS reports, etc. The incumbent should be a graduate with 10 years of similar experience in a security company / service industry of which, live years should be as Manager. He should have extensive knowledge and exposure to security products.
