JOB DETAILS:
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our current sales and grow our customer base.

General Purpose
• You will research local markets and pinpoint potential business leads, then develop strategies to broaden our outreach and bring in new customers.
• You will be monitored on the leads you have generated and closed, the client relationship you have built.
• You must hit your set targets or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership:
• Managing and motivating a sales team
• Setting and achieving sales targets
• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement

Business Development:
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Developing and executing sales plans

Sales Operations:
• Overseeing sales processes and ensuring compliance
• Developing sales tools and materials
• Managing sales CRM and reporting systems
• Providing sales training and coaching

General Requirements
• Self-motivated, dynamic and experience in Sales management, the candidate must have a perfect presentation ( main interlocutors are private companies, organisations and institutions).
• Excellent elocution & presentation, computer literate (presentation to client) and problem solver.
• Must be agile with figures/sales contract.
• Our wide service portfolio includes Physical records as well as Digital records management

Required Skills and Experience
To excel in this role, you'll likely need:
• Proven experience in sales management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• In-depth knowledge of the relocation industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software
