Position: Senior Human Resources Officer

Qualification: BHRM /BA (SS) /BA (SWASA) or equivalent! (Must be a registered member of the HRMAU) Added advantage: Post graduate Diploma in Management and labour Relations

Reports to: The Head of Human Resources/Administration
Experience: 3 years;

Key Result Areas:

• Initiate, implement and review Human Resource policies;
• Negotiate contract support services as required; and CBA.
• Coordinate training, workplace safety programs and development activities; ,
• Maintain effective communications within the organization and with key external stakeholders
• Manage the recruitment processes; performance and appraisal
• Handle staff records, grievances, discipline and coordinate emergencies;
• Assist with public relations and CSR functions;

Competencies Required:

• Maturity to handle diverse staff
• Ability to multi task and keep to deadlines
• Good oral/written English and communication skills, proficient MS- Office
• Results oriented, self-driven but able to work as part of a team
• Added advantage: Knowledgeable in tally ERP.9; SAP
