2. NAADS invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international bidding and open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address in no. 8(a) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 200,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Thousand Only).

The documents should be physically collected from the address in no. 8 (a).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address in no. 8 (a) or before the date in no. 9b at 10.00 AM.

All bids must be accompanied by bid securities as follows:

Bid securities must be valid until 31st December 2023. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be

opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address in 8

(b) at 11.00 AM on 17th May 2023

7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting at the address in 8 (b), on 19th April 2023 at 11:00 Oclock.
