Overview
Do you have a passion for improving public health outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa? Are you a seasoned supply chain expert with a proven track record of success in the region? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Expert to join our team as the Lead Consultant in evaluating the Strengthening Supply Chain Systems Activity (SSCS). You will be responsible for leading a team of experts in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the program's effectiveness and impact of SSCS’ interventions on the health supply chain system.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the evaluation plan, including data collection methods and analysis tools.
• Lead the evaluation team in conducting interviews, focus group discussions, and document reviews.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings to assess the extent to which the program achieved its intended results.
• Identify lessons learned and recommendations for future programs.
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders, including USAID officials and Ugandan government representatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the evaluation team, ensuring that evaluation activities are conducted in accordance with best practices and ethical standards.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in public health, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing health supply chain activities in the Sub-Saharan African region for USG funded project (or similar)
• Knowledge of public policy.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting complex evaluations, including experience with quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
