JOB DETAILS:
Scope:
Responsible to deputize the Property Manager in acting as the onsite representative by overseeing maintenance works, supervising contractors, maintaining corporate accountability, and coordinating all property activities.
Qualification & Experience:
o Diploma in Technical/Building/Engineering field
o Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Associate Degree
