POSITION BRANCH MANAGER (2)
LOCATION KOLOLO AND NDEEBA
Job Summary
To strategically coordinate and oversee all branch operations and business growth including the supervision of staff..

 Key Result Areas
Responsible for overall performance and routine running of the branch.
• Developing a strong customer relationship culture.
• Implementing the branch Business activities and follow-up.
• Promoting and selling EFC products and services Identification and exploitation of business opportunities.
• Collaborating with Human Resources in matters pertaining to Branch Management and retention.
• Driving Customer satisfaction, profitability of operations and risk management; Overseeing Policy management at the branch.
• Updating Branch performance analysis and status reports i.e. financial and product / service sales indicators) as required.
• Plan, organize and oversee all Branch operations including the supervision of staff and the coordination of work activities

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Management or other related studies;
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector;
• Knowledge of microfinance specific to MSE markets would be a definite asset; Background in staff management including leadership skills development and coaching
