JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Investigate, track, locate and repossess offline (single or double) and stolen vehicles as per the coordinates given by your coordinator Investigate track and relocate motor vehicles Do a search on the location of the vehicle units as per received instruction and report to financial institutions if there are any problems with the unit's tracking systems Networking with relevant stakeholders Communicate with other tracking companies and stake holders where need arises Keep proper documentation and sending reports on the said cases
• Ensure that all reports that are required of you are sent to relevant people in time and without fail
• Ensure that you adhere to the setup timelines in the recovery activities that pertain to your desk
• If assigned a company vehicle ensure that its well-maintained as per the service schedule and maintain cleanness of the same
• Service company car at authorised service centres
• Ensure your personal tracker is always on Ensure to always have two back-up units with you at all times
• Slip in a back-up unit when you experience an offline unit
• Adhere to the process, procedures, and codes of conduct as provided by the company Any other duties that may be assigned in line with your department, by your supervisor

Academic and professional requirements:
• 2-3 years of work experience
• Minimum 2 years' continuous driving experience with a valid driver's license
