Duckhill Microfinance Limited licensed as a Tier 4 Non-Depositing Microfinance Institution. The institution deals in financing of term loans to civil servants and pensioners through its designated branches around Uganda.
Duckhill microfinance is an equal opportunity employer seeking to recruit highly Self-motivated. dynamic and competent result-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:
Job Title: 3 Regional supervisors
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Across Uganda

Role: Control and optimize people resources, business and risk controls in line with market potential to maximize business growth, customer service, and performance targets for the region .

Key Result Areas:
• Drive service excellence in the region by planning, continuous monitoring, service standards and service initiatives with the company.
• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of branch work plan /activities in line with regional work plan
• Keep in touch with local market dynamics, identify changes, risks and opportunities
• Develop business and marketing strategies for the region to enable achievement of revenue, profitability, operating budget and customer satisfaction targets at both branch and individual levels.
• Drive and Support teams in view of attaining branch targets and objectives.
• Propose improvements to systems and process/information flows
• Manage operational issues in the Branch and ensure provision of necessary resources for effective operational performance in line with the budget and business plan
• Provide oversight over implementation of company risk management programs across all branches within the region”

Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or other related fields required

Experience and Competences
• 5 years of experience in salary lending business as a Manager or Supervisor.
