Overview
Job Purpose:
• Participating in support supervision as assigned and implementing the human resource management and administration strategy of the MOH-CDC CoAG.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducting training in HRM area when assigned.
• Conducting mentorship and coaching in HRM support areas.
• Participating in support supervision as assigned.
• Providing technical support in the staff selection process as assigned.
• Participating in performance evaluation as assigned.
• Performing other duties as may be assigned.
Key Outputs:
• Training and capacity building conducted.
• Supervision and Mentorship conducted.
• Training materials, curriculum and job aids revised.
• Program activity reports written.
• Documented Promising Practices and Innovations.
Key Performance Indicators
• Supervision, Mentorship and coaching reports.
• Capacity and training Building reports.
• Performance review meeting reports.
Qualification and Training:
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, business administration and other related areas of study from reorganized University/Institution.
• Candidates possessing Master’s Degree qualification in a relevant area of study will have added advantage.
• Five (5) years working experience in the area of HR management gaining with a reputable busy organization
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
