ABRIDGED BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
1. Ministry of Health invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for.
Procurement Reference Number
MOH-BADEA/SUPLS/2024-25/00001
Subject Matter of Procurement
Procurement of Specialized Laboratory Equipment and Reagents.
Bid Security Amount (United States Dollars)
USD 30,000 or the equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
2. The Bidding document shall be inspected and issued at Ministry of Health Head Quarters Plot No.6 Lourdel Road, Room No. D106
P.O. Box 7272, Kampala, Uganda, Tel: + 256417712260, +256417712311. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 10:00am on 19th March 2025.
3. The bidding document(s) in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent, payment will be made to the commercial bank on the Uganda Revenue Account for Non-Tax Revenues.
