The Bidding document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Manager PDU at the address above.

Bidders are advised to collect Bank Payment Registration Slips at the address above and make payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= for each bidding document to any of the 21 banks authorized to receive Non-Tax Revenue fees on behalf of URA.

Note: Bidders who had paid and participated in the previous tender process need not to pay again however, they should submit a letter expressing interest to participate in the retender process and provide proof of payment in the previous tender.
