Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding (ODB) method procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2014 and 2023, and are open to all bidders.
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 12.00 pm (East African Standard Time) on Wednesday, 13th November 2024.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Procurement and Disposal Unit and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 80,000 (Eighty Thousand Shillings) only. The method of payment will be by use of PPN (Payment Registration Number) as shall be issued by the Municipal Cashier. After payment, peed the Municipal Cashier and present the Bank slip to obtain a General Receipt
