JOB DETAILS:
Job Description For Accounts Assistant
• - Reconcile invoices, cash receipts, and payments and identify discrepancies.
• Create and update expense reports.
• Process payments and reimbursement forms.
• Enter financial transactions into the internal database.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Maintain the cheque/ safe register.
• Update the asset register.
• Assist in the preparation of the organizational annual budgets.
• Issue invoices to external partners and customers as needed.
• Prepare and file payroll documents.
• Participate in project / annual audit process.
• File statutory obligation ( PAYE, NSSF, VAT, etc)
• Maintain both physical and digital records.

Skills And Requirements For Accounts Assistant

• Work experience as an accountant assistant.
• Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Account QuickBooks.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good numerical skills.
