Specifically, you will be accountable for:

• Elevating our sales team’s performance, transforming challenges into victories.
• Cultivating lucrative relationships, and act as our brand’s ambassador.
• Staying ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends, ensuring we always have the competitive edge.
• Drive our firm’s growth, infusing innovation and industry best practices.
About You:
• You are self-motivated with a demonstrated history of hitting sales target
• Have strong analytical, critical-thinking skills;
• Driven by curiosity with a desire to understand the ‘market’ and how to service it;
• Have a problem-solving mentality;
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent motivational leadership and organizational skills;
• Impeccable integrity in leadership of people/teams.
