Child Development Centers located at Uganda Assemblies of God Katajula and Uganda Assemblies of God Mulanda seeks to recruit suitable, qualified and mature born again Christians to serve in their Compassion assisted Projects.

JOB TITLE: CHILD DEVELDPMENT OFFICER HOME BASED
PROGRAMMING (CDO-HEP) (1 POSITION)
REPORTS T0: PROJECT DIRECTOR

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF CDO- HBP

• Be a Christian role model for all the children, church, families and the community
  
• Serve as a consistence witness for Jesus Christ with a Christ like attitude in dealing with families
  
• Serves as an advocate for children and care givers Prepare and implement partner plans and budgets
  
• Participate in preparation of program activities and financial report
  
• Monitors and evaluates performance of home based interventions.
  
• Caries out home visits, group activities and supports the church in identifying home based beneficiaries

Knowledge, skills and abilities and abilities required:

• Must be a mature born again Christian who demonstrates involvement in church ministry
  
• A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Nutrition, Clinical Medicine, Child Development, Education, Theology, Social Work and Social Science related disciplines.
  
• MUST be computer literate
  
• Good steward of high integrity with ability to stimulating good environment for children
  
• Experience and knowledge in Early Child hood, maternal child health and social intervention programing and Components will be an added advantage.
